Just booked our big trip for my 40th and xmas / new year. a 23 night and 2,500km trip with the caravan to the whitsundays, fantastic, much planning and saving to do now !!!!!!!!!!!!

Reuben informed the sales guy he did not like what he had selected he wished for something more stylish as he was actually King Caspian....he came out with his usual Asics gel as they fit him well....a size 4 for Reuben and a size 13 for Neo now.
Then a 2nd mortgage required in smiggle....ah well if it encourages the homework and handwriting....

job appraisal

Reuben had his first job appraisal. he said the 10c / per day for watering grandmas seedlings wasn't enough he wanted more, so we sat down for the job appraisal. I said why would I give him a pay rise when he wasn't doing the job well or on some days not at all. We agreed another week on the job then another appraisal next weekend when he tells me he will have done well enough to ask for a rise from 10c to 14c a day...

Been off here for a while, first we had school holidays and I couldn't access blog from my phone only facebook - gee it's so easy to share on facebook so all of you reading on here not on facebook - facebook is my preferred method to share as it's much easier...
We got home to a broken phone line / internet troubles, a kitchen renovation, asthma for Neo, a wobbly knee for me meaning I keep falling, and the computer lost my info so i couldn't get on blog, then my iphone reset itslef and i lost everything.
Gee I am ready for a rest and back to routine with a tidy house with things that work !!

b/day celebration at school, Reuben showed a book he made called "my life so far" with a picture for each year and what he liked, he presented a book on whales to school, and kids were invited to give acknowledgements, the universal acknowledgements were "he is kind, thoughtful, a good friend and works hard " I was teary. They played guitar and sang happy birthday.
reuben chose sushi instead of cake and so he chose friends and they set up a process flow for sushi (yes they talked about process flow) it was lovely 40 sushis devoured with 2 different soy sauces, wasabi, chopsticks or forks.

Neo didnt want to go along but asked when I collected him if he could go clean up the tables for Reuben !!!

Our budding doctor Reuben is making a truly awful patient moaning and groaning and complaining I don't care enough about him being ill and that he is the sickest of everyone....that his eyeballs may fall out and I wouldn't even notice ! he lay on the chemist floor rolling about and groaning too. I gave him his own thermometer getting fed up of being asked to "check his temperature" every few minutes, he is monitoring it himself now.
